Like for everyone else, the current COVID 19 emergency is a special situation to face, also for SMT Data. Since the first recommendations came from the Danish authorities asking companies to let employees working from home as much as possible, we have closed our head office in the outskirts of Copenhagen and decentralized all work related tasks. As usual, our customers can contact us by phone or e-mail. We hold web conferences and webinars and so far, we avoid all physical meetings.
SMT Data is in the fortunate situation that working from home is not a limiting factor for our daily work routines. We miss the physical contact with customers and partners, but we know it is an affordable sacrifice compared to what many other companies are experiencing. Do not hesitate to contact us if there is anything we can help with. We are busy but not too busy to help you.
In relation to our employees, we try to show great flexibility – especially when it comes to families with children and employees with special needs. Therefore, there may be employees that you cannot get in contact with as fast as you usually can, but there will always be someone else ready to support you.
