More self-service in the ITBI™ Web Portal

SMT Data have in Q2 2023 made several updates to the ITBI Web Portal to improve the tool and give more self-service to the user.

“The last couple of months we’ve been focusing on developing new features in the ITBI Web Portal to make our solution even better” says co-CEO Mads Ehlers Rasmussen and continues “The new features ensure a faster and more user-friendly experience for our customers when using the portal and gives them a higher level of self-service”.

The updates to ITBI include a new settings feature, a new user role, Tech Admin, has been established in ITBI, and we have also created an ITBI Help Universe with videos and text guides.

The new settings feature includes being able to:

  • Transfer data directly to ITBI – both ad hoc and continuously
  • Manage users
  • Check your domain’s data delivery status
