Customer Satisfaction Survey 2026

Our customers are at the heart of everything we do at SMT Data. With a long history of close, personal collaboration, we are in continuous dialogue with our customers on a daily basis. However, as in any long-term relationship, it can be easy to make assumptions that don’t always reflect the full picture. To ensure we stay aligned with our customers’ needs and expectations, we recently conducted a formal customer satisfaction survey, giving our customers a dedicated space to share their feedback and experiences with our ITBI product and the services we provide.

The survey covered key aspects of the customer experience, including collaboration, delivery, expectations, and interactions across consulting and sales.

We are very pleased with the results. They show a high level of overall satisfaction, with customers highlighting strong collaboration, high-quality delivery, and the expertise of our consultants – rated 4.9 out of 5 – as key strengths.

We are incredibly proud of our team for delivering such strong results.

At the same time, the feedback provides valuable insights. It both reinforces what we do well and highlights opportunities for improvement, as well as evolving customer needs and expectations. One clear theme is the growing interest in leveraging AI to enhance insights within ITBI – an area that is top of mind for many of our customers.

AI is already a key part of our product roadmap, including the introduction of our AI engine, Grace. We look forward to sharing more about this in the near future.
