When you are a client with us (or you are in contact with us for other reasons) and when you use our website, we generally process your personal data as a controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Danish Data Protection Act (DPA).
Purpose
The data is used to answering and processing enquires, managing our relationship with our clients, partners and suppliers, providing advice in connection to the delivery of our services, sending newsletters, distributing invitation, planning events and communicating in connection to events, contacting suppliers and business partners.

Storage time
Information about persons associated with target companies, customers, partners, and suppliers is stored for the duration of our relationship with the client and up to 10 years after it has ended.
Information about recipients of our newsletters is stored for as long as your consent is valid.
Information about participants in our events, presentations, competitions, download of gated content, is stored for up to 5 years after the end of the course, event, presentation.
Security
We have taken technical and organizational measures to prevent your information from being accidentally or illegally lost, deleted, damaged, made public/publicised, or disclosed to unauthorized parties, misused, or in any other way handled unlawfully.
Disclosure of information
We generally do not disclose personal data to others. However, we may need to disclose contact information if this is necessary for us to serve our customers for example when partners are involved in solving a specific assignment for the customer. This is usually coordinated with the customer.
In some cases, we leave the processing of personal data to our processors who, for instance, provide IT systems including hosting and online services.
Most of the personal data collected is given voluntary and for the purpose of performing an agreement with us. The consequence of not providing us with the information can be that we are unable to pursue the objectives of the relation.
Your rights
You have a right to receive information about which of your personal information we process. You have the right to view your data as well as correct it if not accurate.
Moreover, you may at any time protest to your information being used. You can also withdraw your approval of the collection of your personal data.
