Practical information
The Customer Council will take place at the CPH Conference Center / DGI Byen, located a few minutes away from Copenhagen central station.
Transfer time from Copenhagen Airport via direct train to the railway station is 20 min.
Rooms for our guests needing to stay overnight have been booked at the adjacent CPH Hotel. All our guests will have free-of-charge access to the CPH Hotel facilities.
Price for participation
- Two-days event, two courses of your choice, no overnight stay: EUR 850 (VAT not included).
- Two-days event, two courses of your choice, overnight stay from May 19th and May 20th: EUR 1.000 (VAT not included).
General payment terms
Payment terms are 30 days net from the invoice date.

Cancellation policy
More than 30 days before the planned start date, we charge a reduction penalty of 50% of the registration fee.
30 days or less before the planned start date, we charge a reduction penalty of 100% of the total registration fee.
Force majeure
In case of unforeseen events outside the influence or control of SMT Data, such as lockdowns or wars, SMT Data reserves the right to cancel the event. In this case, registration fees will be reimbursed.
Registration deadline
The deadline for registration is Friday May 6th, 2022.
